African Journal of Information and Communication Technology (AJ-ICT) is a peer reviewed international journal providing a publication vehicle for complete coverage of all topics of interest to those involved in computing, electronic communications and information technology systems. The Editorial Board will consider for publication any material that is of interest to the defined audience. Material on all aspects of the design, implementation, use and management of computer and communication networks including the Internet, communication subsystems (and all other supporting activities), computer science, software development and engineering, is published. Specifically included are non-technical but topical issues in the economics of ICT, legal and regulatory issues and e-Learning impacts.
